Here's a sneak-peek/preview of what my next blog update will be about... (just so I can put a picture with this post)I got this recipe from Kris Long yesterday. I'm always looking for new recipes, so I was anxious to try it. It was a HUGE hit! Everybody LOVED it. I wish I would've thought and taken a picture of it before everyone scarfed it up though. So you'll just have to try it out yourself!
Cheesy Ham and Potatoes
*1 pkg. (32 oz.) Frozen Southern Style Hash-browns
*Cubed ham (I used about 2/3 pkg. of "Farmland cubed ham", bought at Wal-Mart for $2.50)
*1 can Cream of Chicken soup
*1 can evaporated milk
*2 cups grated cheese
Put in crock pot on low for 6 hours or high for 3 (ish) hours.
I was worried it would be too dry, so I stirred it once in awhile- I even added a little bit of milk, just because- it turned out kind-of like cheesy ham mashed potatoes, but it was YUMMY!
Braden's last football season! I'm really sad about that! It seems like that has been our life every fall. It's sad to see it come to an end!
